Liquid Bag Filtration
Bag filters handle high flow and dirt load. You choose media and micron to match your process. PP for general duty. PE for higher temperatures. NMO mesh for coarse capture.
Sizes follow industry standards. Size 1 length 45.7 cm. Size 2 length 81.3 cm. Rings in PP or steel. Grades from 0.5 µm to 800 µm.

Selection Tips
High solids
Start with PP or PE felt at 25 to 100 µm.
Add a finer bag downstream if needed.
Oils present
Use oil absorbent PP bags at 1 to 25 µm.
Keep velocity moderate to avoid bypass.
Coarse intake
Use NMO mesh at 200 to 800 µm as a first step.
Follow with felt for clarity.
